Star App – Account Deletion Policy
At Star App, we respect your privacy and provide you with the option to delete your account if you choose to do so. Below are the steps and details regarding account deletion.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request to delete your account directly from the app by following these steps:
- Open the Star App and go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the account deletion notice and confirm your request.
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion with a 7-day grace period. If you log in within this period, the deletion request will be canceled.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
- Deleted Data: Your profile, posts, followers, messages, and personal information will be permanently deleted after the 7-day grace period.
- Retained Data: Some transactional data (e.g., purchase history, and withdrawals) may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.
- Additional Retention Period: If required by law, certain financial records and transaction details may be stored for up to One month.
